Janneee's art was selected this year for an exhibit at the White Flint Mall. This art exhibit is an annual exposition for all middle schools in Montgomery County. Janeee draw a CHAIR... from their art class. Last year Jeter also had his work on exhibit for the SHOE...

Sakristan

My lovely daughter JeanneMarie and some Pinoy friends serve as Sakristan (altar Severs) for no His Excellency Archbishop of Davao Bishop Capalla. It was really a surprise for all of us. It was just a coincidence for the dear Bishop to be visiting us here in Maryland and some members of the CFC-FFL invited him to officiate our monthly Filipino Mass in Bowie Maryland.

Jake and Me a.k.a (Marly and Me)

We watch Marly and Me on DVD with the Janeee, Jayjay and Shane. Myrna and Jeter opted not to watch this movie because they thought it was boring. A movie starring Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson can never be boring . I never imagine it to be a tearjerker either. At end of the movie I hear Jayjay sobbing , Jannee with tears and Shane was wondering why the drama ????? Well, I guess I did shed a tear or two....hahahahah

Jake is almost as close as Marly in character..... worst dog ever.... but.... We love Jake so much.....

Cherry Blossoms 2009

It was suppose to be a fun trip to Washington DC by car. I was planning to stroll down the tidal basin and enjoy the scenery of the cherry blossoms. It did not turn out as expected, I was in the car looking for a parking space for more than an hour and never found one. I was so frustrated that we left early during that day... but at least the kids and Myrna had some pictures taken.

It was my first March for Life rally here in the United States. In Cebu, I think I have joined once but this new experience is really something. Americans really are passionate on this cause, specially Catholics. I firmly believe and follow the doctrine of the Catholic Church to protect life at all cost.
